Darling Downs Horse Transport
Darling Downs Horse Transport have been an invaluable
supporter of our cause. They have gone out of their way on a number
of occasions to accommodate our needs and assist us with horses
who have had little or no handling, who have been traumatised
and are difficult to float and load.
DDHT operate to a schedule leaving Brisbane on Mondays,
into Sydney on Tuesday, leave to return to Brisbane on Wednesdays
and arrive Brisbane Thursdays on both the New England and Pacific
Highways. Their trucks have fully adjustable bays so you can have
as much or as little room as you need. They are well ventilated,
with air ride suspension, and horses are stabled overnight. They
are also happy to cater for any special requirements your horses

When one of our rescues developed a recurrent Uveitis,
the people at Guardian Mask came to our rescue, donating their

North Hill Vet Clinic
Sarah Butler, the proprietor of North Hill Vet Clinic,
has been of invaluable assistance in the veterinary care of and
advice for all of our rescues. Sarah is a current member of the
Clydesdale Rescue board and as well as advising on all health
issues, conducts a monthly herd health check at the sanctuary.

Animal Liberation
The Animal Liberation organisation came to our rescue
very early on, paying for 3 months worth of feed for our new arrivals.
This meant that we didn't need to skimp on resources, and all
of our residents gained much needed weight and health benefits
from their generosity.
